Returns and exchanges will only be processed for full-price items up to 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery of goods.
Returns and Exchanges are not possible for sale, discounted or custom-made items.
For returns to be accepted, all goods and packaging must be in the exact
condition they arrived in, with no scuffing, dirt, staining, breakages, damage to or
loss of materials.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from a Liudmila
Commercial Co. team representative.

Cancellations or changes to orders already processed are not accepted at this time.
Presently, all Liudmila Commercial Co. products are shipped out of our warehouse in Kuwait.

Liudmila Commercial Co. is not responsible for any customs or extra fees or charges applied in the all shipment destinations listed above. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.
The customer is primarily responsible for the shipment of any return items within the time limit and is responsible for passing on all shipment tracking information to an authorized Liudmila Commercial Co. representative after prior coordination.
Exchanges will be processed up to 5 days from receipt of goods if the return item
is deemed to be in satisfactory condition by the Liudmila Commercial Co. warehouse.
Refunds will be processed up to 15 days from receipt of goods if the return item is
deemed to be in satisfactory condition by the Liudmila Commercial Co. warehouse.
Liudmila Commercial Co. is not responsible for possible delays in delivery
resulting from international customs issues, delays from the part of the courier or
any circumstance beyond the control of Liudmila Commercial Co.
Liudmila Commercial Co. is an E-Commerce Service Consultant and not a manufacturer. All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete.
Liudmila Commercial Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any person whom we judge to have arranged excessive returns or exchanges. Any client with an excessive return or exchange rate will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Liudmila Commerce Co.
